Damage Waiver

A Damage Waiver fee is automatically added to all rental contracts. 

Covered incidents may include accidental damage resulting from fire, collision, windstorm, upset, or similar unforeseen events.

The Damage Waiver does not cover loss or damage caused by theft, burglary, misuse, abuse, intentional damage, negligence, improper use, vandalism, missing items, or failure to properly care for the rented equipment. Customers remain fully responsible for any damage resulting from these excluded situations.

In the event of theft, vandalism, or other criminal activity, a police report must be filed and a copy provided to Mr.Picnic Tent & Event Rental.
